Another Rainbow – Stitch 78

Still working on the gfit bags in which I will be returning jars. This particular can contained really good homemade spicy, hot pickles. For this quick pattern, I used Premier Home Yarns in the color of Rainbow (No. 44-03) and a 5.5 mm I hook. The yarn was used previously for this project. 

Row 1: Start with a magic circle with 5 sc.

Row 2: Ch 1, 2sc in each st (10 st), sl st to join.

Row 3: Ch 1, *2sc in first st, sc in next stitch, repeat from *  (15 st), sl st to join.

Row 4: Ch 1, *2sc in first st, sc in next 2 stitches, repeat from *  (20 st), sl st to join.

Row 5: Ch 1, *2sc in first st, sc in next 3 stitches, repeat from *  (25 st), sl st to join.

Row 6: ch 1: sc in each st, sl st to join (25 st)

Rows 7-8 repeat row 6

Row 9: ch 4 (counts as dc ch 1), *dc in next st, ch 1, skip 1 st, repeat from *, end with dc, sl st to join.

Row 10: ch 3 (counts as dc), dc in same stitch, *skip over ch 1, 2dc in dc, repeat from *, end with dc. sl st to join.

Row 11: ch 4 (counts as dc ch 1), *dc in 2nd dc of the 2dcs of the prior road, ch 1, skip 1 st, repeat from *, end with dc, sl st to join.

Row 12: repeat row 10

Row 13: Repeat row 11

Row 14: repeat row 10

Row 15: ch 1, sc in each st and 2 sc in last st, sl st to join (26 st).

Row 16: ch 1, sc in next 3 st, ch 1, make a chainless foundation of 15 st, skip 7, st, sc in next 6 sc, make a chainless foundation of 15 st, skip 7, st, sc in next 3 sc, sl st to join.

Fasten off.
